Order Process

How long until I receive my order from Trophies Unlimited?

Once you have finished the checkout process, you will receive a free proof that is personalized for your approval within 24 hours. If you place your order on Friday - Sunday, you'll receive the proof on Monday.

As soon as you have approved the artwork within 2 business days. Once we have finished your item, it will be shipped to you based on your preference during checkout. You'll then receive the item during normal transit times.

Can I Personalize My Items?

We will personalize any item for you, at no additional cost. This may include artwork, logos, and text. As long as the information can fit on the product. Please note that our graphic design team will review the text, logos, and artwork and will ensure that your exact verbiage and design is able to fit on the item. If there is a problem, we will notify you that the content will not fit on the requested item. All text, artwork, and logos must be legible on the final product.

Can I Personalize Individual Items in My Order?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of items you can personalize in your order. At no time will we charge you additional fees for different layouts and designs. When you are completing your order, you have the ability to notify us of the personalization you want on each item. We will accommodate those requests, based on your recommendation.

Can I View My Proof Before I Finish My Order?

No. Since we have a professional create the proof, we are unable to give you a proof prior to you completing the checkout process. However, we will create a unique proof for you that adheres to your specifications. Should you need revisions you are allowed up to three (3) from the initial proof you receive. In some cases, we will approve additional revisions beyond this, based on our discretion.

Am I Allowed to Cancel The Order If I Dislike My Proof?

You may cancel your order until the point that you have approved a proof. However, you will be charged a minimum of $30 or 30% of your order, whichever is greater, up to a maximum of $100 for the time it took to produce the artwork, and the production time.

What Are Your Customer Service Hours?

We are open Monday – Friday 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona time. We will respond to calls as they are received. E-mails are responded to during normal business hours. Most are responded to in just a few hours. However, in some cases there may be a 24 hour response delay during busy times. If you need immediate assistance, it is best to contact us via the phone.

Do you only deal in trophies?

No. We handle all kinds of personalized gifts and awards. No matter what you can dream of, it's likely we can create it for you at a great price. Give us a call for any item not listed on our website and we'll give you an honest quote on how much it will cost to get the job done.

I Need a Gift Box

Most items will be placed in a gift box to make giving them easier. If you need a special design, please let us know. That way, we can ensure you receive the right box for a special occasion.

The Online Experience

If you are having issues with the online ordering process, please give us a call. One of our friendly representatives will help to guide you through the order process.

Did you receive my order?

Our unique system will notify you that we've received an order. Within 24 hours, we will also have a personalized proof sent to you. If you aren't sure that the ordering process went through, take the time to give us a call and we can confirm receipt with you over the phone.

I'm interested in a product that you've carried in the past.

You can use our search function to find most of the items we have available. If you need help locating an item, you can also contact one of our friendly customer service team members. In some cases, items may be discontinued. However, we will do our best to locate an item for you so that you can have it for that special occasion.

Is There a Minimum Order?

No. There is no minimum order on the majority of our products. The only exception is promotional products which may have a piece count limit associated with them. We can break down those promotional products into different designs within the minimum order. Just give us a call.

Can I pay with a purchase order?
Established government agencies and companies who we have done business with in the past may continue to use a purchase order. New customers will be asked to pay via Credit Card on the website. However, once we've established a history with your business, we are open to setting up a purchase order option.

Do the Holidays and Weather Affect Your Schedule?

As with any company that ships, weather and holidays are beyond our control. We will ship by the promised date, and you'll receive tracking information for your item. Any delayed shipments due to the shipping provider will be processed by the provider and approval will be based on them.

Will you replace a damaged item?

Yes. If you file a claim with us within 48 hours of receiving the item, we will help to guide you through the process. This includes a photograph of the box and damaged item, as they are required by our shipping partners for insurance purposes. Once we've received the information, we can replace the item at no additional cost to you.

How is shipping charged?

We base shipping on the weight and the dimensions of the item. We believe in charging the actual shipping costs of an item, so you'll never be charged an extraordinary price for shipping.

Can I pick up my item locally?

Yes. We offer local pickup for any customer who'd like to take advantage of it.

Do You Offer Drop Shipping?

Yes. Just place an order for each item and let us know they are a drop shipping order. This will allow us to charge the actual shipping charges for each item. We can also include any inserts showing your information that may be needed.

Personalization Options and Artwork

How much will engraving cost me?

The engraving cost is included in each item. We will never charge you an additional amount to engrave an item.

Are there any limitations on the text or images?

You can have any text you'd like on your items. We will not reproduce any copyrighted information, logos, or images unless you are the copyright holder. Additionally, we will not engrave any profanity or obscene content.

Do you charge for Color fill, Sir Mark and Magnetic Elements?

Yes. Those prices are not included in the prices on the website. If you need these additional services, please call us to confirm the current rate.
